We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and service providers.

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may incur cancellation charges.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before the tour start date.
• Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to partial charges depending on supplier policies.
• Once a tour has started, unused services are non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Force Majeure

Jordavia is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
